We have undertaken Legal Aid work in Family Law cases for some time and we continue to do so. However, as of 1st April 2013 major changes have been made to the Legal Aid system that will affect whether you can claim legal aid for helping funding your case and what types of case are now eligible for funding.

Changes to Legal Aid in Family Law cases from 1st April 2013
