A qualified success for CLB’s Hayley Roberts

Our HR Officer Hayley Roberts has successfully completed her Masters Degree in Personal Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

We’d like to congratulate our HR Officer, Hayley Roberts, who has recently completed her Masters Degree in Personal Development. Hayley received financial support from Canter Levin & Berg, allowing her to pursue the two and a half year course, studying part-time whilst working in our Liverpool office.

Starting in September 2012, Hayley studied one afternoon a week through a programme run in association with Liverpool John Moores University in order to gain her qualification. During this time she covered topics including Resourcing and Talent Management, Managing Performance, Managing Employment Relations and Business Leadership and Strategies. The course involved six assignments and two exams as well as a year-long research-led dissertation.

After finding out she had successfully completed the course, Hayley said she was relieved that her hard work had paid off, adding; “I’m really grateful to the Partners here at Canter Levin & Berg for their support and for allowing me to undertake this Professional Qualification alongside my work commitments. I plan to put the skills I have developed and the experience I’ve gained studying employee engagement and communication to use in my role as HR Officer at the firm.”
