Employment Law Update – October 2014

Martin Malone presents his round-up of recent news and developments from the world of Employment Law.

If you haven't already visited it, our CLB Employment website hosts a wide range of interesting and insightful articles looking at Employment Law matters. The CLB Employment blog is written by Martin Malone, a Partner and the Head of the Employment Law department here at Canter Levin & Berg Solicitors.

In October's update, Martin has been taking a look into the future as he attempts to find out what, if any, policies the main political parties have that will boost employment rights, or change other areas of employment law in the run-up to next year’s general election. Also, there is more bad behaviour in the workplace, as this time it is the turn of the staff at the in-house legal department of Essex County Council to have their behaviour scrutinised.
