Ian is a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Canter Levin & Berg.
After many years of heading our marketing and personal injury departments, Ian has now taken over the running of the practice, splitting his time between managing and promoting the business.
He is very well known and highly regarded in legal and insurance circles.
Martin is a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Canter Levin & Berg and splits his time between commercial and employment law and practice administration. He has over 25 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of commercial and employment disputes.
He combines his experience in employment law with insolvency, intellectual property and company/partnership disputes.
Sean studied Law in Belfast graduating in 2005 and progressing to attain a Masters degree in Law in 2006. Making the move to Chester, Sean completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2007.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Sean spent five years in the banking industry with one of Europe’s largest financial institutions. He therefore brings a natural commercial perspective to his legal advice.
Since 2014 Jon has been assisting our business and has a background in both banking and management consultancy, advising law firms and insurance related businesses.
Jon's vision for Canter Levin and Berg sees us combining our heritage and powerful regional brand, with new technology, skills and the ability to broaden our services to meet the legal requirements of a modern society, whether it be millennials, baby boomers or otherwise.
Outside work his interests include psychology, fitness (fitbit addict) and property renovation. With the demands of several children, there's not much time for anything else.
Mike is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly Finance Director at Rosenblatt Solicitors. Prior to that and amongst a number of roles he was, for ten years, the Finance Director of Sanctuary Music, the publicly listed music company.
Mike has a wealth of experience of running businesses both operationally and financially and has raised over £300m of debt and equity.
In his spare time he is Chairman of the Finance & Investment Committee and Treasurer of Nordoff Robbins, the UK music therapy charity that changes lives through music.
